Early years: athletic and active
With strong physical predispositions (endurance, strength, speed, flexibility, grace, and musicality), Gabrielle practices, from an early age, an impressive number of outdoor and indoor sports: gymnastics, boxing, running, climbing, swimming, roller skating… and many team sports, together with ballet and jazz dance.
Education: broad-based, specific and artistic
After graduating from law school with a master degree “JASAC” (Jurist Administrator of Artistic and Cultural Structures), Gabrielle passed a state degree in dance. Versatile, she first studied French literature (Hypokhâgne) before being awarded a gold medal at the Conservatoire National de danse contemporaine (Modern dance National Academy).
Dancing: An early call
Coming from the second hip-hop generation, Gabrielle practices all kinds of dances, classical, jazz, modern, and when she turned 16 she created her own dance company performing in the suburbs of Paris.
Hard worker, Gabrielle is keen on regularly attending classes to improve her skills with dancers such as Laure Courtellemont, Dominique Lesdema and Thierry Verger. She is also awarded several prestigious scholarships at Carolyn Carlson studio or with Robin Orlin from the Batcheva Dance Company… along with taking renowned master classes and internships with Martin Kravitz, Nina Dipla or David Zambrano…
Progression: artistic research and encounters
Gabrielle has explored many artistic fields, muse, she has been posing for painter Juan Médina, for over 12 years, Motion Capture actress, she played the lead role on PS4 videogame Remember Me… travelling all the way to India to learn Kathak traditional dance with Anuj Mishra, performing urban stunts with the Yamakazi, non-stop on stage during the Zoom Festival or as a professional tango dancer in search of femininity and musicality…
She was granted seven residencies in artistic creation, including at the arts center in Enghien-les-Bains (Paris area) to set up a pioneering choreographic and digital solo show, White Project, about the development of femininity.
Company way of life: An inspiring experience
Spotted as a creator by Karine Saporta, Gabrielle takes on the leading role of Alice in the dancing show “A… comme Alice” and performs in “La Maison Chéri-Chérie” or “Danse avec la Mode” and her works are showcased as young talent. She also works with Philippe Decouflé on the Rugby World Cup parade in Paris and is involved in his movie project.
Regarding her solo performance projects in France and abroad, Gabrielle works with Thierry Verger and Jean-Claude Marignale among others, and performs at the Cirque Electrique, the Centre Pompidou in Paris or the Festival Off d’Avignon… From now on, Gabrielle choreographs and performs for major companies and event/production agencies, such as Havas, Suzuki ou encore Club Med.
Maturity: Recognition and new perspectives
Passionate about the human body and biomechanics, she travels to New York to learn about Pilates and Yoga. In Paris, Gabrielle attends Martine Curtis Oakes’ program, becomes a coach sportif
at the Country Club, and gives a series of lectures on the impact of Pilates on femininity and on combining high-performance sports and work.
She provides expert advice for health and wellbeing articles published in French national magazines such as Danser or Santé Magazine. Her expertise is valued and required to conduct auditions, and in dedicated shows as jury, coach or influencer. She also contributed, alongside Bernadette de Gasquet, to the book « Le Grand Livre des Secrets de la Longévité » (Leduc.s Publishing house).

With a degree in modern dance, Gabrielle Eychenne is a multi-skilled artist. Her world goes from contemporary dance to hip-hop, from tango to traditional Indian dance.
